I have worn my Oura ring every single day for years and it looks like it. Tarnished, rubbed, nicked up from travel and workouts and general life. It still tracks perfectly. It just stopped looking like something I picked out. So when a wave of Oura ring covers dropped on Amazon this month I ordered a pile of them, and they are so much cuter than I expected. They are sold individually, so I would pick your two or three favorite finishes now rather than hoping they restock in your size.

Gold Oura Ring Covers
Gold makes the biggest difference. A gold Oura ring cover lets the ring sit in a stack instead of fighting it, and it is the one people notice. Yellow gold dresses up, rose gold is the softer everyday version.

Quick Answers Before You Order
Do Oura ring covers affect tracking? Not the thin ones. The sensors read through the inside of the band against your finger, so a cover on the outside is not in the way. What does cause bad data is a cover thick enough to let the ring spin, so stick with slim styles for sleep.
Do Oura ring covers work? Yes for scratch protection and for looks, which is the whole point. They will not fix a ring that already fits loose.
What size do I need? The same size as your ring. It is in the Oura app under your device settings. Mine is a 10.
Will these fit a Gen 5? Check the listing. Oura Ring 5 is much smaller than Ring 4, so Gen 5 covers are separate listings. Mine are on a Ring 4.
Best Oura ring covers for daily use? If you are wearing it every single day, buy real gold. Same logic as any other jewelry you never take off. Plated and TPU covers are great for rotating finishes and for the gym, but they will eventually rub, tarnish and scratch, because that is what plating does against water, sunscreen, salt and everything else your hands touch. A solid gold Oura ring cover is a real investment piece, and it is the only version that is going to still look like this in five years. Here is the one I would buy.
