TikTokGo has a full creator roadmap that takes you from total beginner to Star Creator and beyond. Here’s how each level works, what to expect in every stage, and how this program helps you grow your skills, confidence, and creator income over time.
If you click on links we provide, we may receive compensation.
If you’ve been inside the TikTokGO Discord lately, you’ve probably noticed new channels popping up every five minutes, Roadmap Foundation, Roadmap Pro, Booking.com Portal, Theme Projects, Star Creator… girl, it’s a lot.
But once you understand how everything fits together, the bigger picture becomes clear: TikTokGO has a full creator growth system designed to take you from “newbie figuring it out” to a “Star Creator” with elevated incentives, premium opportunities, and stronger visibility. Think zero to hero.
It’s structured, intentional, and honestly kind of exciting once you see behind the curtain. This guide breaks down exactly what you can expect at each level, and how the path naturally leads you toward becoming a TikTokGO Star Creators (like us).
If you’re just getting started or want to understand the foundation first, read our full intro to the TikTokGO program here.

This is the entry point for every creator. Everyone starts here, even if you already have experience outside TikTokGo and honestly, it’s a good thing. Starting at the bottom helps you learn the ins and outs of the program, understand what TikTokGo actually looks for, and build the foundation you’ll rely on as you move up.
What you can expect at this level:
This stage is all about learning the fundamentals: storytelling, hooks, USPs (unique selling points), pacing, and the overall flow that helps hotel videos convert. Every solid creator starts with the basics, and TikTokGo wants your foundation to be strong before they move you into the more advanced tracks.
At this level, it’s not about views, it’s about learning, practicing, and building a skillset you can grow from.

Once TikTokGo sees you show up consistently and post a few videos, you’re invited into the Roadmap Foundation. It’s basically the Creator Academy that pays you to learn.
What to expect in Roadmap Foundation:
This stage teaches you the core elements of creating conversion friendly hotel content: clean visuals, simple hooks, strong USPs (unique selling points), and easy booking CTAs (call to actions). Think of Foundation as the “learning phase with training wheels.”
The team is supportive, patient, and forgiving, because this is where you’re developing your skills, experimenting, and growing into the creator TikTokGo knows you can be.
You’re not fully on your own yet, but you’re starting to stretch creatively while still having guidance and support every step of the way.

Roadmap Pro is where the expectations rise. Mainly because by this point, you’ve already shown TikTokGo that you can get views. Now it’s about consistent performance, stronger storytelling, and higher quality hotel content.
If Foundation is “creator school,” then Pro is your creator internship. You’re past the basics, you’re building your voice, and you’re learning how to deliver content that performs reliably. It’s like junior year: you’re not a master yet, but you’re definitely on your way.
What you can expect in Roadmap Pro:
This level is all about refining your craft. TikTokGo wants to see:
Roadmap Pro is where creators really start to stand out. The ones who consistently deliver quality content and apply feedback well are the ones who get invited to the next level, Star Creator.

Now the fun part: Star Creators.
This is a private, invite only channel inside Discord where you’re also given a purple name tag. You can’t apply. The TikTokGo team hand selects you.
They look at your overall performance, your videos, your consistency, and especially how well you handled the outlet submissions. It’s a true “we see your potential” moment.
Here’s what the Star Creators role actually means, based on everything shared inside the program:
Hedi and the TikTokGo team personally review your content, not just your analytics.
They’re looking for creators with:
Think of it like graduating from user-generated content to a level closer to commercial-quality hotel marketing. If your videos feel polished enough to be a travel ad? That’s the Star Creator standard.

Inside the private Star Creator channel, you’ll find:
This private space gives you direct insight into what TikTokGo is working on, what’s changing, and how to stay aligned with program updates. It’s essentially the “inner circle.”
Even YouTube doesn’t give you this level of hands on support until you’re at half a million subscribers, so being here is a big deal.

Getting selected early isn’t just flattering, it’s strategic. TikTokGo tends to pull Star Creators first when they need:
This is where your consistency and quality start opening doors behind the scenes. It’s a huge win for your brand and for your long term creator reputation.

Inside this group, your reputation matters. If another Star Creator nominates you, TikTok will personally review your profile and videos.
It also means that as a Star Creator, you are the eyes and ears of the program, you help represent the TikTokGo standard.
While payouts vary by task or season, Star Creator incentives typically include:
You also get:
As your content quality increases, your earnings potential grows with it.

Once you’re in this tier, you’re expected to produce professional-level content. Mistakes happen, everyone forgets a CTA or overlays a clip too long sometimes, but the bar is higher because Star Creators represent TikTokGo.
Here’s what they expect you to avoid:
This tier is meant to lead the program, so the standard reflects that. The team has made it clear:
Star Creators must be the best of the best.
And yes, plagiarized content or repeated edits at this level can get you flagged, removed, or even blacklisted. They’re serious about quality and originality.

Inside the discord chat you might start seeing Captain Nominee or Captain (orange name tag) next to certain creators. This is the tier above Star Creator, and if you ever reach this point, pat yourself on the back because you absolutely earned it.
Captains help lead the community. They onboard creators, offer support, answer questions, guide teams, and sometimes get early or exclusive opportunities. It’s a leadership role inside TikTokGo, and it comes with more responsibility, but also more visibility.
For us personally, we take the captain role seriously. We jump on calls with our team, send voice notes, walk people through edits, and try our best to help everyone succeed. I can’t speak for every captain, but we genuinely care about our team and want all our creators to thrive.
Here’s the full creator progression inside TikTokGo:
Newbies → Foundation → Pro → Star Creator → Captain
Each tier unlocks better tasks, more support, and stronger incentives.
But becoming a Captain isn’t for everyone. If you don’t have the time or energy to give back, it might not be the right fit.
For creators who do love mentoring, supporting others, and being part of the program’s leadership, it’s an incredibly rewarding role. We love guiding our team, even when it comes with a little added stress, because the payoff is creating meaningful connections with other creators.

This program is honestly one of the best roadmaps we’ve seen for becoming a stronger creator, whether you’re building for TikTokGo, UGC (user generated content), or your own personal brand.
A lot of us who’ve been creating for years had to learn everything the hard way. We didn’t have a system, a guide, or direct access to platform reps. We learned by trial and error, and it took forever.
TikTokGo changes that.
The roadmap feels like leveling up a character in an RPG, each tier gives you new skills, new tools, and new opportunities. And none of it is random. The entire structure is designed to grow you step by step.
Remember, each phase is a building block:
Every level builds on the last, and every level brings you closer to better payouts, stronger visibility, and premium opportunities. And yes, even the Captain role matters. Not everyone wants to lead, but someone at TikTokGo is paying attention to who shows up, who helps others, and who represents the program well.
It might feel impossible to imagine yourself as a Star Creator when you’re just starting out, but don’t let that discourage you. If you love creating and you’re willing to grow within the structure, you will get there. And when you do, it’ll be worth it, for you, your content, and the brand you’re building.
