Kulfi Lip Stain, Lip Liner and Mascara: My PR Unboxing
The Edit: Kulfi Beauty is a vegan and cruelty-free makeup brand inspired by South Asian culture, founded by Priyanka Ganjoo. Kulfi says its formulas are made without parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, formaldehydes, coal tar and sulfates. This PR box included the Kulfi Lassi Lips Matte Blur Lip Stain in Earl Grey, a cool beige soft focus matte lip stain with squalane that lasts up to 8 hours, in six shades. It also included the Kulfi Lassi Lips Staining Lip Liner in La La La, a cool beige creamy liner with peptides and vitamin E that fades into a stain lasting up to 10 hours, in seven shades. The third product was the Kulfi Badi Lash Mascara, a 10 ml tubing mascara with a ball tip wand, made with castor seed oil, rambutan extract and a tri-peptide complex, that rinses off with warm water and won a 2025 Allure Best of Beauty award. All three are sold at Sephora and on Kulfi’s own site, where you can shop the lip stain, lip liner and mascara. Kulfi is not sold at Ulta, and Kulfi listings on Amazon come from third party resellers rather than the brand.

Why I Said Yes to Kulfi
I’ll be honest. I had never heard of Kulfi before this box showed up. Like, ever. So I was super excited to dig in and see what they sent.
Kulfi Lassi Lips Matte Blur Lip Stain in Earl Grey
My shade of the Kulfi Lassi Lips Matte Blur Lip Stain is Earl Grey. Next to the liner, it looks really light, almost glossy. I haven’t worn it for a full day yet, but I can already tell it’s meant to be layered with the liner.
Kulfi Lassi Lips Staining Lip Liner in La La La
The Kulfi Lassi Lips Staining Lip Liner is the one I’ve tried so far. La La La is a mauve pink with a little bit of gray undertone, and it’s so pretty. It’s definitely darker than the stain. That contrast is what makes them work. Together they make a really pretty combo, and I can’t wait to wear the full look.
Kulfi Badi Lash Mascara
I haven’t tried the Kulfi Badi Lash Mascara yet. The first thing I noticed is the brush. It reminds me of the Thrive mascara brush. I’m curious to see if it performs the same way.
Where to Buy Kulfi Lip Stain
You can get all three at Sephora or on Kulfi’s own site. You’ll also spot Kulfi on Amazon, but those listings come from resellers, not Kulfi itself. We skip resellers for makeup because there’s no way to know how old a product is or how it’s been stored. So we stick with Sephora or Kulfi’s site to make sure we’re getting the real thing, fresh.
What I’m Watching For
The big question for me is how long the stain really lasts. I’ll wear the lip combo soon and see how it holds up. I also want to see how the mascara does on my lashes.
