Tucked in the heart of Scottsdale Arizona this Hotel effortlessly combines the charm of mid-century-modern interior design with a fun contemporary twist. Our family recently had the pleasure of experiencing a stay that was far from the usual chain hotel routine. From colorful accommodations to awesome dining options, here’s a glimpse of our stay at the Hotel Valley Ho and what we snagged at brunch!
Our morning at Hotel Valley Ho was the perfect place with a cozy atmosphere within walking distance to grab breakfast. We sat in their outdoor patio area after the short walk from our hotel room because it seemed like the perfect spot to have brunch. We usually opt for patio seating when it’s good weather and available, it’s a vibe, especially at this hotel.
I opted for orange juice with a splash of fun. Bottomless mimosas… because why not!? They even had fun drinks for kids too! We ordered one for the table and it came out with a sparkler on top. The menu had so many options of delicious food on it we had a hard time deciding what to order but this is what we got.
The breakfast menu was loaded with a ton of savory options. It was hard to pick between the stuffed French toast and the vanilla churro waffle but Addison went with the churro waffle drenched in maple syrup. It was so so good. The Vanilla Churro was also surprisingly Vegan. It came with cinnamon whipped ricotta, espresso chocolate drizzle and brandied cherries.
I got the breakfast burrito. Mine came with eggs, chorizo, green chili pork, pepper jack cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo. The dish came with a side of roasted Yukon potatoes.
Alex got the eggs Benedict. His came with poached eggs, bacon, and hollandaise sauce on top of an English muffin.
Audrey opted for the kid’s meal. She picked fruit loops because we don’t buy cereal for our household. We let her order it this time though because YOLO when you’re on vacation.
From yummy waffles that made the kids’ eyes light up to beautifully crafted drinks that tempted our taste buds, the hotel’s breakfast offerings were a perfect start to our family’s day.
We had great service from the friendly staff here. I can say it’s now easily one of my favorite brunch spots. I’d recommend it for Sunday Brunch, special occasions, or even a bachelorette party. We actually saw one here with their matching shirts enjoying the pool with their giant pool floats! so it truly is already a popular brunch spot near north Scottsdale for a delicious breakfast.
Don’t forget to check out their monthly shake! This was seriously so fun! The girls loved the little firecracker that lit ours up.
Hotel Valley Ho’s accommodations are a far cry from the mundane. Each room radiates with lively colors, and modern furnishings, making every moment spent in this upbeat atmosphere a cheerful escape from everyday life.
Our Hotel Valley Ho room was more than just a good place to rest our heads – it was a cozy escape with a touch of stylish flair with a modern take. From the moment we stepped in, the cute decor and inviting ambiance made us feel right at home. But the best thing that sealed the deal for us was the direct access to the pool area. Just a few steps from our room, we could dive into the pool and soak up the Arizona sun as we pleased. And let’s not forget the mini bar – a little fun touch of treats that added an extra dose of enjoyment to our stay. This room was so fun, we really did love sleeping in here, and if you’re wondering where the girls slept, they brought in a rollaway bed for them.
The pools at Hotel Valley Ho became our ultimate relaxation zone. Lounging under the shade of swaying palms by the OH Pool & sipping on refreshing cocktails…was just perfect.
and if you’re looking for an activity-filled afternoon the hotel keeps you busy with tons of insta-worthy spots to snag photos of. Every corner of Hotel Valley Ho seemed to be designed with Instagram in mind. From vibrant murals to stylish lounges, there was a photo-worthy great spot at every turn. We couldn’t resist striking a pose against the colorful backdrops. Whether it was the mid-century-modern vibes or the chic aesthetics, this great place was a treasure trove for snapping the perfect shot and sharing the moments that made our stay truly special.
If you’re ever in the Scottsdale area during a visit to the United States, consider checking this place out! You can’t go wrong. ZuZu is one of the best brunch places with good food for families and the hotel is so fun and vibrant you’re sure to have the best time here.
